Once the order has been shipped from our distribution center, we will send another email containing the tracking code.

Exchanges, Reshipments, and Free Returns

Get Flootly guarantees the right to free exchanges, reshipments, or returns in cases related to delivery issues or defective products.

To request this service, the customer must contact us through our support email, providing:

  • The order number;
  • A photo or video of the product demonstrating the defect or issue.

The reshipment will be carried out at no additional cost if the order meets one of the following criteria:

  • Defective item – damaged or broken product upon delivery;
  • Incorrect item – discrepancy from the ordered product, including model, size, color, or style.
